PILOXING® cardio fusion is the brainchild of Swedish dancer and celebrity trainer Viveca Jensen and the culmination of her mission to physically and mentally empower individuals through fitness. At the core of the PILOXING® fitness programs is that every individual is powerful and can attain the self-image they want by taking charge of their health.


CLUBBELL YOGA®

10:15am - 11:15 am

A Clubbell Yoga® Flow Class begins with Joint Mobility Infused Vinyasa, then transitions to Clubbell Yoga® exercises with the patented Clubbell®. This mini-circuit of Clubbell exercises is what makes this style different from traditional yoga classes, we use timed intervals for that section of class, and do all exercises barefoot. This mind body exercise is highly effective in improving fundamental movement patterns and strengthening the yoga poses.


RAD ROLLER RELEASE

11:30am - 12:30pm

Until the creation of the RAD Roller, no massage tool could create such remarkable muscular mobilization without putting damaging and painful pressure on the bones in the neck and back. This patent-pending design soon expanded to include three different densities, and before long, its success spurred the invention of an entire series of RAD mobility products. RAD is, quite literally, inspired by human movement, and people of all walks of life now use our tools to create relief in nearly every muscle of the body.

MASALA BHANGRA®

Masala Bhangra® is an Indian-dance based program, designed for people of all ages and fitness levels who love to stay physically active. Specifically, it introduces high energy Bhangra and Bollywood dance movements in an easy-to-follow fitness format, and is a mechanism by which thousands of people have been moved, touched and inspired to become physically active. With the dance choreography directly influenced by the music and dance of modern Bhangra and Bollywood styles, Masala Bhangra is a fresh and exciting addition to the world of fitness and dance. 


BARE® WORKOUT

2:30pm - 3:30pm

Created by Podiatrist and Barefoot Training Specialist , Dr Emily Splichal - BARE® is the only workout that combines the benefits of barefoot science and balance training into one of intense workout! BARE® is the only barefoot balance training workout uniquely designed to build strength and improve alignment from the ground up. Through progressive barefoot balance sequences, jumps and triplanar movements, BARE® will burn, tone and define!


WILLPOWER METHOD®

3:45pm - 4:45pm

The willPower Method® combines alignment-based movements from Pilates® and yoga with strong, athletic calisthenics and dance principals; yielding safe, efficient workouts for students of all levels. We are the full-body, barefoot conditioning program that athletes need, and the calorie-burning cardiovascular solution that mind-body practitioners have been searching for.
