CANCELLATION

  1. Any cancellation of registration must be made prior to September 10, 2026. Any cancellation request after this date will not be accepted unless in the case of a medical emergency. Proof of medical emergency must be provided by a medical professional.

  2. Transfer of registration may be requested if you cannot attend. Please provide the name and contact information for the professional for which you request to transfer your registration to. Transfers cannot be requested after September 10, 2026. No exceptions.

  3. Refunds which meet the above requirements will be provided minus a 25% processing fee.
