The L.A.M.P presentation is a lecture based workshop that discusses the essential qualities of being a great leader. Chris will share personal stories as well as other stories that show the power that great leadership can have. He will discuss how leadership is necessary for professionals in a movement setting.  You will learn that we may not all hold positions of leadership but we can still be great leaders.

A Clubbell Yoga® Flow Class begins with Joint Mobility Infused Vinyasa, then transitions to Clubbell Yoga® exercises with the patented Clubbell®. This mini-circuit of Clubbell exercises is what makes this style different from traditional yoga classes, we use timed intervals for that section of class, and do all exercises barefoot. This mind body exercise is highly effective in improving fundamental movement patterns and strengthening the yoga poses.
